<p>On 29 September 2006, an aircraft level at FL370 collided with opposite direction traffic at the same level, resulting in the death of all 154 occupants. A still relevant event in which a crew were sufficiently distracted by administrative tasks that they did not notice that one of them had accidentally switched off the selected transponder.</p>
