Zsófi Berkes works as a Senior Human Factors Specialist at NATS Prestwick Centre. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and graduated from the University of Graz, specialising in Work and Occupational Psychology. She is involved with a wide range of activities including ATCO selection, performance coaching, safety assurance, training, and human performance monitoring in live operations.
