Climatology

Tropical Monsoon climate (Köppen climate classification Am) - monthly mean temperatures above 18°C in every month of the year and features wet and dry seasons. A tropical monsoon climate typically features less pronounced dry seasons than a tropical savanna climate and see less variance in temperatures during the course of the year. The driest month nearly always occurs at or soon after the "winter" solstice. Hurricane season runs from July to November but south east Florida is most likely to be hit by Hurricanes in mid August to late September.
