Honorary Editor

Ian Wigmore

For over a year prior to the launch of SKYbrary, Ian was editor and contributed significantly to the development of the knowledgebase and content management strategy. Ian also authored the vast majority of articles amassed by the launch date. Ian was also the Editorial Secretary of HindSight Magazine.

The Content Manager

Alexander Krastev

Alex is the EUROCONTROL Content Manager for SKYbrary managing the development of the knowledgebase.

Validation Manager

Ed Pooley

Ed is responsible for the Content Development Plans, which underpin the content management strategy, and reviews articles submitted to SKYbrary.

Editor

John Barrass

John has been involved in the development of SKYbrary since its inception and written a large number of articles. He took over as Editor in March 2008.

Marketing Manager

Bengt Collin

Bengt is responsible for the marketing of SKYbrary.

It was Christine who came up with the name SKYbrary.

Philip was the one who first had the idea of creating an on-line knowledgebase of aviation safety best practice aimed at ATM.
