Objective
The ensure that working methods and operating procedures of the air navigation service providers comply with the relevant ICAO standards.
Summary
This Regulation amends the common requirements for the provision of air navigation services established in Annexes II to V of Regulation 1035/2011 - Common Requirements for the Provision of Air Navigation Services. The amendment requires that the working methods and operating procedures of the air navigation service providers comply with the relevant ICAO standards as follows:
- Working methods and operating procedures of air traffic services providers shall comply with:
- Annex 2 - Rules of the Air
- Annex 10 - Aeronautical Communications, Volume II
- Annex 11 - Air Traffic Services
- Working methods and operating procedures of providers of meteorological services shall comply with:
- Annex 3 - Meteorological Service for International Air Navigation
- Annex 11 - Air Traffic Services
- Annex 14 - Aerodromes, Volumes I and II
- Working methods and operating procedures of providers of aeronautical information services shall comply with:
- Annex 3 - Meteorological Service for International Air Navigation
- Annex 4 - Aeronautical Charts
- Annex 15 - Aeronautical Information Services
- Working methods and operating procedures of providers of communication, navigation and surveillance services shall comply with Annex 10 - Aeronautical Communications, Volumes I to V respectively.
