Description

This Category contains all articles relating to Accident and Serious Incidents as defined by, and investigated under the procedures within, ICAO Annex 13. Article titles are constructed in accordance with the following convention: Aircraft Type Designator, Operator [optional], Location, Year, and (SKYbrary Category/Categories). The name of the operator is irrelevant to the safety lessons of an event but is sometimes included to aid searching if an event is generally known by the flight number or operator name e.g. TWA800.
