FAB requirement (Mandatory) FABs shall, in particular, respect regional agreements in existence on the date of entry into force of Regulation (EC) No 1070/2009, in particular those involving European third countries.

According to §8 of Part Two of the Annex to the FAB-IR, the Member States concerned must provide a list of the existing agreements concluded by one or more of the Member States concerned, including those with European third countries, which are of relevance with respect to the establishment and operations of the respective FAB.
