| Summary | The aim of this study was to perform a scientific and medical evaluation of some of the FTL provisions contained in Subpart Q of the EU OPS. As a result, MOEBUS Aviation (MA) provided various independent experts as a special panel of experts in order to attain a consensus on 18 open points or to raise any other issues of relevance to mitigate fatigue and its effect on the safety of flight operations. |
